After taking the bubblemaker class, you knew you loved the underwater! Yearning to dive more? Seal team is for you.
Seal team members complete 4 aqua missions. Learning scuba skills and having fun while you are doing it. Your seal team staff will assist you in learning perfect buoyancy, while playing underwater hockey or the spoon race, so you don’t run into your buddy or float to the surface.
Each of the various aqua missions include additional scuba skills while incorporating play into the learning adventure.
We schedule Seal Team when we know people are interested! Please contact the shop to let us know you want to sign your child up and we’ll get a class scheduled.
Children must have their own masks and snorkel for this class.
All life support equipment is included.
Prerequisite: Bubblemaker class.
Enjoy wintertime diving and visibility in warmth and comfort! Learn the necessary skills to use a drysuit. Upon completion of the Orientation class you can rent a drysuit from us and dive with a divemaster present (to rent a drysuit and take it out on your own, you must complete the drysuit specialty).
Excellent buoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. You’ve seen them underwater. They glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or hover almost as if by thought.
Please check the calendar for class dates. We can usually do Peak Performance Specialty on the same days as the Advanced Open Water class.
The thought of dipping below the surface at night seems mysterious, yet so alluring.
Although you’ve been scuba diving at a site many times before, at night you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of your dive light.
Are you heading to a warmer climate and want to go diving? Instead of wasting time on your vacation getting certified you can do the necessary academics and pool sessions with us. Then you can head off to the warm water to finish your certification.
