We will kayak AgatePass not at slack tide, but when the current is ripping through the pass at 2-4knots. This is drift kayaking at its best, a low exertion high excitement endeavor. Starting at either ManzanitaBay or Fay Bainbridge we will kayak our way to the pass and from the pass, beholding all the amazing wildlife and gorgeous waterfront homes on our way, and cruise through the pass not on our own power but that of the current running through this restriction point. We will see such unique sights such as the Native American petroglyphs on the rocks at Agate Point and the entertaining graffiti underneath the bridge which will make you wonder how it got there anyways.
This half day experience will culminate at either ManzanitaBay or Fay Bainbridge, depending on where we started, with big smiles and a bit of adrenaline coursing through your veins.
